Barbells
Build-a-Body




This class is weight training 101. No matter where you are in your fitness and health goals this class is for anyone looking to build a better body! We will lift barbells and dumbbells that fit your own strength level. This class is more like group personal training with sets, reps, and rests In between sets with some gentle stretching. Beginner-friendly and no cardio!

 

YogaFlow & Pilates

Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; building strength and lengthening the whole body. This well balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath. All levels of fitness and experience welcome. 

BarreBounce

The best place to get long lean muscles, tighten and tone the bum, and chisel the arms and core is at the barre. The ballet barre! 

No ballet or dance experience necessary and beginners are always welcome for this low impact, highly effective body sculpting and shaping class.

Gym Equipments
Tabata 

Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. 

SUP Yoga Class
PaddleFit- Basic on the Water Class 

Doing a basic no impact workout on a Paddleboard creates a new level of fun and fitness so join Jodelle and Bailey on your board (or rent one from Jodelle) for this beginner-friendly, water-fun class! 

A sunshine-filled pop up class that’s free for members and $25 for non-members.
We will start with a paddle warm up, then begin our no-impact no Equipment upper and lower body workout and finish with core work and stretching to cool down. 

Bring your own board or rent one from Jodelle for $25.

SILVER SNEAKERS

New to fitness? Want to learn how to exercise in a low impact way? Whether you are a SilverSneakers Member or not, this class will help you learn how to build strength and cardiovascular health.  All are welcome!

Strength and Conditioning

Circuit training, Tabata, HIIT, dumbells, kettlebells, barebells, steps, stability balls and more keep this class mixing it up and fun!
