GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Aerobics movement to music with light weights as well as slow, controlled balance based moves to improve strength and tone muscles. We will use dumbbells, the barre mat work and partners for a variety of ways to define and strengthen our bodies and improve rhythm!
Stretch & Pilates
Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; building strength and lengthening the whole body. This well balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath. All levels of fitness and experience welcome.
The best place to get long lean muscles, tighten and tone the bum, and chisel the arms and core is at the barre. The ballet barre!
No ballet or dance experience necessary and beginners are always welcome for this low impact, highly effective body sculpting and shaping class.
High energy, with fun dance music! Individual trampolines for each participant, used in awesome black lighting will give you a fun, cardio workout!
Combine the muscle-sculpting and ab-firming benefits of pilates, the fat-blasting and calorie-torching benefits of rebounding, as well as stretching and toning at the barre, and you’ve created a superior core unlike ever before. All levels of fitness welcome.
New to fitness? Want to learn how to exercise in a low impact way? Whether you are a SilverSneakers Member or not, this class will help you learn how to build strength and cardiovascular health. All are welcome!
