Danielle

Danielle Arzt has been practicing yoga for 5 years, and is a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher. She completed her 200 hour Hatha training in Springfield, MO with Jayme Sweere. Shortly after her Hatha Training she traveled to Melbourne, FL where she completed her SUP Yoga Teacher Training with Boga Yoga Pro Ambassador, Jessica Amendola. She received her certificate to be a Certified Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor.  She is currently working on her certification to teach Yoga to children! 

Mandi

Mandi Johnson is an entrepreneur in the fitness world, managing her own brand of fitness classes called Xtreme Fitness! She also loves hiking and adventures outdoors to get her workouts in.  With 12 years experience, Mandi's passion is to help others become fit and healthy, and to help athletes become stronger, quicker and more focused! 

Krissie

Krissie Essick has been a Zumba/Zumba Toning instructor for 11 years.  She lives in Highlandville, where she works as a cosmotologist!  She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, fishing and yard work.  Her classes are unique in the way that she adds fitness elements to dance! She also recently was Certified in our newest class - POUND - A rockin', drum-stick weilding fun way to peel away the pounds!

Beth

Beth Phifer became 200 RYT in 2011 through YogaFit. She is a banker by day, and enjoys teaching others about Yoga in her free time.  Her focus of teaching and practice is about destressing and keeping the body strong and flexible enough to enjoy life!
